Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, with preferred exposure to QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a technology or SaaS setting
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be obtained before starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex challenges, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions clearly
- Minimum requirement of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is necessary for remote work

- Deliver outstanding technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance
- Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions
- Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, showcasing ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance product offerings and customer experiences
- Create high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market sector to help develop a unique service model
- Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online features including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more, driving their effective use of the platform
- Stay updated with new features and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a credible advisor
Description

The role combines technical product expertise, financial insight, and strategic customer service.
