Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online; experience with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money is preferred
- Completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be provided prior to starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, determine root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Minimum requirement of 2 days in the office, 4 hours each day
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is necessary for remote work
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software-related issues through phone and chat in a professional manner
- Apply our prosperity principles in developing customer solutions
- Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, ensuring their success is prioritized
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay feedback and improve the customer experience
- Create positive customer interactions that build confidence in our services
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to enhance our service model
- Assist clients in navigating the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and payroll
- Stay updated on all enhancements and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to maintain a position as a trusted advisor
