Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, with preferred experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven experience in a customer support position, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification, required prior to starting
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify underlying issues, and propose effective solutions
- Minimum hybrid work requirement of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) required for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related problems via phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance
- Apply prosperity principles to formulate customer solutions
- Act as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, ensuring their success
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management teams to communicate client feedback and improve the product and customer experience
- Create positive customer interactions that build trust and confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market sector to develop a unique service model, utilizing field expertise
- Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll setup
- Stay updated with all QuickBooks Online features and functionalities to serve as a reliable advisor
