Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, with a preference for knowledge in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven track record in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification must be provided prior to starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping concepts and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and articulate effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 in-office days per week, 4 hours daily, alongside a high-speed internet connection for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues through phone and chat in a professional manner.
- Implement prosperity principles in customer interactions.
- Serve as an advocate for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate customer feedback and enhance the product and service experience.
- Create positive customer interactions that build confidence and trust.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market sector to develop a unique service model, leveraging field expertise.
- Assist clients in navigating advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll, promoting their success through effective platform usage.
- Keep abreast of updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to remain a trusted advisor, showcasing dedication to expertise.
