Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- A completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is an alternative qualification
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, discern root causes, and present effective solutions
- Minimum hybrid work requirement of 2 days in the office, 4 hours each day
- High-speed internet connection necessary for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related complexities via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles when developing customer solutions
- Act as the representative for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
- Create engaging customer interactions that build trust and confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market sector to innovate service models
- Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Remain knowledgeable about updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a reliable advisor

This position highlights the need for a harmonious blend of deep technical product support, financial insight, and strategic customer service. We offer a competitive compensation package with performance-based rewards, including base pay ranging from $23.00 - $29.50 in California, plus eligibility for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and additional benefits.
