Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences.

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues via phone and chat in a professional manner.
- Implement prosperity principles to enhance customer solutions.
- Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience.
- Create high-quality interactions that inspire confidence within customers.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to innovate a unique service model.
- Guide clients through advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll.
- Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online features and updates to maintain expertise and serve as a trusted advisor.
