Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification, required before start date
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Comfortable adapting to dynamic priorities and working in ambiguous situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present technical information clearly
- Collaborative team player contributing to shared goals

- Provide outstanding technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software-related issues through phone and chat in a professional manner
- Apply our prosperity principles to customer interactions and solutions
- Act as the advocate for the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and enhance the customer experience
- Create exceptional customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to innovate a unique service model
- Guide clients in utilizing advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll
- Stay updated on new features and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to serve as a trusted expert

Our role combines in-depth technical support with financial insight and strategic customer service. We seek a tech-savvy problem-solver with a solid background in bookkeeping and a commitment to spearheading change and working collaboratively with internal teams. We offer a dynamic work environment with a competitive compensation package, which includes cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Our office operates on a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.
