Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, preferred experience with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a technology or SaaS setting.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be submitted prior to starting.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to analyze intricate challenges, determine root causes, and communicate effective solutions.
- Minimum of 2 days required in the office for 4 hours each day.
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) necessary for remote work.

- Provide exemplary technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software-related issues efficiently via phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance.
- Apply our prosperity principles in customer interactions to enhance solutions.
- Serve as an advocate for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance product and customer experience.
- Foster high-quality customer interactions that build confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market sector to help develop a unique service model based on field expertise.
- Support clients in navigating the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more to promote their success.
- Keep abreast of all updates and new functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a reliable advisor, consistently demonstrating a commitment to expertise.
