Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years experience with QuickBooks Online; experience with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money is preferred
- Completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is acceptable
- Proven background in customer support, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Capability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in-office (4 hours per day) and reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Utilize prosperity principles to enhance customer solutions
- Represent the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and improve products and customer experiences
- Develop high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate service models
- Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online functions including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online changes and new features to serve as a trusted advisor
