Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, ideally including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or holding an Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within a technology or SaaS setting
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is required before your commencement date
- A solid grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, determine root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in-office work, 4 hours per day
- A reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work

- Provide expert technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues via phone and chat in a professional and reassuring manner
- Uphold prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
- Foster high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate a unique service model
- Assist clients in navigating advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Stay updated with all QuickBooks Online updates and features to serve as a trusted advisor

This role demands a combination of technical product support, financial knowledge, and strategic customer service. Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with substantial bookkeeping expertise who is keen on leading change and collaborating closely with internal teams. We emphasize our Prosperity Principles of Advocacy, Ownership, and Expertise in everyday operations. We offer a competitive compensation package including a base pay range of $23.00 - $29.50 in California, alongside bonus opportunities, equity rewards, and additional benefits.
