Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to starting.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify causes, and communicate effective solutions.
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid work model, spending at least 2 days per week in the office for 4 hours each time.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection is necessary for remote work.

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat in a professional manner.
- Apply our prosperity principles to create effective customer solutions.
- Act as the voice of the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and enhance product and experience.
- Design high-quality customer interactions that build confidence in our services.
- Recognize trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate our service model.
- Assist clients in using advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll.
- Stay updated on new features and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to provide ongoing trusted advice.
