Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, with a preference for QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Alternatively, a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is acceptable
- Demonstrated experience in a customer support environment, ideally within tech or SaaS sectors
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be presented before starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial jargon
- Proven capability to dissect complex problems, identify underlying issues, and communicate viable solutions effectively
- Must be available to work a minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is required for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative assistance for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat, maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor
- Implement our prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success through strong advocacy
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and enhance both product and customer experience
- Foster high-quality customer interactions that build confidence among users
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model
- Assist clients with the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Stay informed on all updates, features, and enhancements related to QuickBooks Online to act as a reliable advisor

In this role, you will combine technical product expertise, financial insight, and exceptional customer service. As part of our team, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $23.00 to $29.50 in California, along with bonus opportunities and equity rewards.
