Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or completion of an Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven track record in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting.
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be submitted before starting.
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions.
- Hybrid work requirement: At least 2 in-office days, 4 hours each day.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) needed for remote work.

- Accurately troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related problems via phone and chat in a professional manner.
- Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions effectively.
- Represent the Mid-Market customer by ensuring their success and ownership.
- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience.
- Foster high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to establish a unique service model based on field expertise.
- Assist clients in utilizing advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more, to promote their success.
- Stay updated with all QuickBooks Online platform enhancements to serve as a trusted resource and show a continuous dedication to expertise.
