Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, with preference for experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven track record in a customer support position, ideally within a technology or SaaS context.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory, to be provided before your start date.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial concepts.
- Ability to analyze intricate problems, determine root causes, and communicate effective solutions.
- Minimum of 2 days in-office work requirement for 4 hours per day.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is required for remote work usage.

- Deliver top-notch technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues via phone and chat in a professional and reassuring manner.
- Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions effectively.
- Serve as the voice of the Mid-Market customer, demonstrating a commitment to their success and owning their experience.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management teams to communicate client feedback and enhance product and customer experiences.
- Create high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to develop an innovative service model using field expertise.
- Assist clients in navigating the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more, empowering their success through effective use of the platform.
- Stay updated with all QuickBooks Online updates, features, and functionalities to maintain status as a trusted advisor and ensure ongoing expertise.
