Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, with a preference for familiarity with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is an alternative
- Proven background in a customer support function, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Proven skills in analyzing complex issues, pinpointing root causes, and delivering effective solutions
- Minimum requirement of 2 days in the office, 4 hours each day for hybrid work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) required for remote work

- Collaborate with departments like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
- Craft high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Detect trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market sector to develop a unique service model
- Mentor clients through advanced QuickBooks Online features, such as invoicing, intricate bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll to promote their prosperity
- Remain updated on all enhancements, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a trusted advisor and showcase ongoing commitment to expertise
