Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money preferred
- Completion of the Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date
- Solid grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Proven capability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and effectively communicate solutions
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting; minimum of 2 days in-office, 4 hours each day
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenging software-related issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Apply our prosperity principles to foster effective customer solutions
- Act as the voice of our Mid-Market clients, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams including Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market sector to help develop a distinctive service model
- Educate clients on the advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online developments to act as a reliable advisor, showcasing a commitment to continuous expertise
