Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, Payroll, Proconnect, or Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Previous customer support experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to start date
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial vocabulary
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, determine root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid work model, requiring at least 2 days in-office for 4 hours
- A reliable high-speed internet connection is essential for remote work

- Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles when addressing customer solutions
- Serve as an advocate for the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
- Create high-quality interactions that build client confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate service models
- Guide clients in utilizing advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Stay updated with all QuickBooks Online enhancements and functionalities to maintain expertise as a trusted advisor
