Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, OR a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS company.
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is essential and must be presented before the start date.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and present effective solutions.
- Minimum requirement of 2 days in-office work (4 hours per day).
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is necessary for remote work.

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software-related issues through phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance.
- Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions.
- Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and drive improvements in product and customer experience.
- Create high-quality customer interactions that foster confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model, leveraging field expertise.
- Guide clients through advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll.
- Stay updated on all enhancements, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating a continuous commitment to expertise.

At Intuit, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a robust pay-for-performance rewards model, with an expected base pay range in California of $23.00 - $29.50. This position is also eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and a variety of benefits aligned with our compensation plans.
