Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, with preference for QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is a plus
- Proven background in customer support, ideally in tech or SaaS sectors
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Hybrid work format requiring a minimum of 2 in-office days at 4 hours each
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) essential for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and address complex software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Represent the Mid-Market customer, showing commitment to their success
- Collaborate with teams including Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback
- Create meaningful customer interactions that build trust
- Identify trends and opportunities to develop an enhanced service model tailored to the Mid-Market segment
- Assist clients in utilizing advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Stay updated on QuickBooks Online enhancements to maintain expertise and be a trusted advisor
