Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Alternative qualification: Completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven track record in a customer support role, preferably in a technology or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root issues, and communicate effective solutions confidently
- Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical content clearly
- Collaborative team player dedicated to achieving collective outcomes

- Provide expert technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related challenges via phone and chat professionally
- Apply our prosperity principles when assisting customers
- Serve as an advocate for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with internal teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and enhance the customer experience
- Develop high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to help create a unique service model using industry expertise
- Assist clients in utilizing the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Stay updated with all enhancements, new features, and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to maintain expert status
Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide an exceptional support experience for our Mid-Market customers, which include companies with over $2.5 million in annual revenue. This role combines technical product support with financial insights and strategic customer service, requiring a tech-savvy problem-solver who is passionate about making a difference. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate our Prosperity Principles of Advocacy, Ownership, and Expertise daily, all while collaborating effectively with internal teams. This position includes a competitive compensation package alongside potential bonuses and equity rewards, all designed to foster a rewarding work environment. We operate in a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of two days in the office per week.
