Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, with preferred knowledge of QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR completion of the Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support capacity, ideally within a tech or SaaS industry
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory before starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terms
- Proven ability to analyze intricate issues, identify root causes, and communicate viable solutions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present technical information clearly

- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance product experience
- Create positive customer interactions that instill confidence
- Identify patterns and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate service models
- Assist clients in navigating advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Remain updated on all updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a trusted advisor
