Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, with preferred knowledge of QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support position, preferably in a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to assess complex problems, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in-office requirement (4 hours per day)
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) necessary for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues through phone and chat, maintaining a professional demeanor
- Apply our prosperity principles to enhance customer solutions
- Act as the advocate for the Mid-Market customer, taking full ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and improve products and services
- Create high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence
- Identify patterns and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model
- Assist clients in navigating the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll
- Stay updated on all new features and enhancements of QuickBooks Online to act as a reliable advisor

Our expected base pay range for this position in California is $23.00 - $29.50, with pay determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
