Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR completion of an Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS context.
- Must possess an active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification prior to starting the role.
- Strong technical and financial knowledge, particularly in bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions clearly.
- Minimum of 2 days per week required in the office for 4 hours per day.
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) necessary for remote work.

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat, maintaining a professional and reassuring demeanor.
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions.
- Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success is prioritized.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay customer feedback and enhance product and service quality.
- Create superior customer interactions that promote trust and satisfaction.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to develop an innovative service model based on industry expertise.
- Assist customers in navigating advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll processes.
- Remain updated on all enhancements, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a reliable advisor and exhibit ongoing expertise.
