Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, with experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money preferred
- Completions of the Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is accepted
- Proven track record in a customer support role, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory prior to starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and suggest effective solutions
- Comfortable with hybrid work, requiring at least 2 days in the office (4 hours each day)
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is essential for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software-related issues through phone and chat communication professionally
- Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions effectively
- Advocate for the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay customer feedback and drive improvements
- Create engaging customer interactions to build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate our service model
- Guide clients through advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll
- Keep up-to-date with updates and new features of QuickBooks Online to serve as a knowledgeable advisor
