Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, ideally including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Prior experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before starting.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective resolutions.
- Comfortable adapting to ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software-related issues through phone and chat in a professional and calming manner.
- Utilize prosperity principles when developing solutions for customers.
- Serve as the advocate for the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success is prioritized.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client insights and drive enhancements in products and customer experiences.
- Create high-quality interactions that build client confidence.
- Identify trends within the Mid-Market segment to innovate a unique service model using field expertise.
- Guide customers through advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, intricate bookkeeping, account setups, payroll, and other features to promote their success through effective utilization of the platform.
- Keep up-to-date with all updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to maintain position as a trusted advisor.
