Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is an alternative qualification
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and suggest effective solutions
- Essential hybrid work requirement: 2 days in the office, 4 hours per day
- High-speed internet connection required for Work from Home

- Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related problems via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Apply our prosperity principles to devise customer solutions
- Act as a champion for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Create high-quality interactions that inspire confidence in customers
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment for improved service models
- Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online features, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Stay updated on new features and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to maintain expertise
