Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, ideally including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Alternative consideration for candidates with a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support role, especially in tech or SaaS environments
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and articulate effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in-office work, 4 hours per day
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) required for remote work

- Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Apply our prosperity principles to enhance customer solutions
- Serve as the voice of the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Create high-quality customer interactions that inspire confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model
- Guide clients through advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and payroll
- Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online features and updates to maintain trusted advisory status
