Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven customer support experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Availability for hybrid work, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office for 4 hours each
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) for remote work

- Deliver expert technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues via phone and chat, maintaining a professional demeanor
- Apply our prosperity principles in customer interactions
- Act as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, ensuring their success
- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to provide client feedback and enhance products and experiences
- Create high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a distinct service model
- Guide clients through the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll
- Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online enhancements to serve as an informed advisor
