Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Alternatively, completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification, required before start date
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Requirement of a minimum of 2 days in the office, 4 hours each day
- A dedicated high-speed internet connection is necessary for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions
- Serve as an advocate for the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success
- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
- Foster high-quality customer interactions that build trust
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate service models
- Guide clients on the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Remain updated on all QuickBooks Online features to serve as a reliable advisor
