Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, with a preference for experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven record in a customer support position, ideally within a technology or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before the start date
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Demonstrated capability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Minimum requirement of 2 days in the office for 4 hours daily
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance
- Apply prosperity principles to deliver tailored solutions for customers
- Act as the representative voice of the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Create quality interactions that build customer confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate a distinct service model
- Assist clients in utilizing advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping complexities, account setup, and payroll
- Stay updated with all updates, new features, and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a reliable advisor
