Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, with preferred experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required, to be presented before start date
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and offer effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days per week in office for 4 hours, with high-speed internet (DSL, cable, or fiber) needed for remote work

- Provide superior technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat, maintaining a professional and reassuring demeanor
- Apply prosperity principles to customer solutions
- Represent the Mid-Market customer, exhibiting ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Foster high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market sector to innovate service models
- Guide clients through advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Stay updated on all enhancements and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform, ensuring trusted advisory support
