Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is an advantage
- Proven track record in a customer support position, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping practices and financial terminology
- Proven capability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly
- Collaborative team player who contributes to shared objectives

- Advocate for the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success through ownership and dedication
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay feedback and promote improvements
- Create positive customer interactions that inspire confidence and satisfaction
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to help innovate our service model
- Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll
- Stay informed about updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to maintain expertise and serve as a trusted advisor
