Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, ideally including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within a tech or SaaS context
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory prior to starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify underlying causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying technical details to non-technical audiences
- A collaborative mindset contributing to team objectives and collective success

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related concerns via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions
- Act as the advocate for the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success through ownership
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Create outstanding customer interactions that instill confidence and loyalty
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to help develop a unique service model
- Guide clients through complex functionalities of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Stay updated on all changes, features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a reliable advisor
