Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, with preferred familiarity in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or holding an Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven experience in a customer support position, ideally within a tech or SaaS setting
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be submitted before your start date
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping concepts and financial vocabulary
- Demonstrated ability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and provide effective solutions
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is necessary for remote work

- Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues via phone and chat, maintaining a professional and reassuring demeanor
- Apply our prosperity principles with every customer interaction
- Serve as the advocate for the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
- Create high-quality interactions that inspire customer confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to help develop a unique service model, using expertise in the area
- Guide customers through advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, such as invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll, to assist them in maximizing the platforms benefits
- Stay updated with all QuickBooks Online enhancements, features, and functionalities to serve as a knowledgeable advisor
