Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven track record in a customer support position, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in-office requirement, 4 hours each day
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is required for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles to enhance customer solutions
- Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, showcasing commitment to their success
- Collaborate with departments such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and improve products and customer experiences
- Generate high-quality customer interactions that build trust
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model based on expertise
- Guide clients through the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Remain up-to-date with all updates and new features of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a reliable advisor
