Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven track record in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to start date.
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions.
- Minimum of 2 days required in the office, 4 hours each day.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) needed for remote work.

- Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat in a professional manner.
- Apply prosperity principles to provide effective solutions for customers.
- Advocate for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience.
- Create high-quality customer interactions that build confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate a distinct service model.
- Guide clients through the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more.
- Stay updated with all new features and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a knowledgeable advisor.
