Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, with preferred experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- A completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is acceptable
- Proven experience in customer support, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terms
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and communicate solutions clearly
- Availability for a hybrid work schedule, including a minimum of 2 days in-office for 4 hours each day
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) for remote work

- Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Advocate for the Mid-Market customer, owning their success
- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback
- Create positive customer interactions that inspire confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model
- Guide clients through advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing and payroll
- Stay updated on QuickBooks Online enhancements to serve as a trusted resource
Description

Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem-solver with a strong bookkeeping background, eager to lead change and collaborate effectively. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range between $23.00 and $29.50, as well as performance-based bonuses and equity rewards.
