Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, with preferred knowledge in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR an Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is necessary, to be presented before starting.
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions.
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid work format, requiring at least 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day.
- A stable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is essential for remote work.

- Provide exceptional technical and advisory support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat in a professional manner.
- Utilize prosperity principles in customer solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and enhance product and customer experience.
- Foster high-quality interactions to instill confidence in our customers.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate and improve service offerings.
- Support clients in navigating the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll.
- Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online enhancements and functionalities, maintaining status as a trusted advisor.
