Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, with a preference for skills in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR an Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven background in customer support, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be obtained prior to commencement of employment.
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, determine root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Must have a dedicated high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) for work-from-home capability.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day.

- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client insights and enhance both product and customer experiences through effective advocacy.
- Foster high-quality customer interactions that inspire confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to help develop a unique service model, capitalizing on industry expertise.
- Support customers in navigating advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities like invoicing, intricate bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more, ensuring their prosperity with the platform.
- Stay updated with all enhancements, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to serve as a reliable advisor, demonstrating a continual commitment to expertise.
