Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, ideally with exposure to QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven background in customer support, preferably in a tech or SaaS setting.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is required to be provided prior to the start date.
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, pinpoint root causes, and articulate effective solutions.
- Adept at functioning in a dynamic environment with the ability to multitask and manage ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex technical information for clients.

- Collaborate with departments such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and drive improvements.
- Foster high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate service models.
- Guide clients in utilizing the advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more.
- Stay updated with new features and functionalities of QuickBooks Online, serving as a reliable advisor.
