Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is an alternative qualification
- Verified experience in a customer support setting, ideally within a tech or SaaS context
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Proven ability to analyze intricate issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Minimum requirement of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) necessary for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues via phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance
- Implement our prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Serve as the advocate for the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance the customer experience
- Create high-quality customer interactions that build trust
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate service models
- Guide customers through advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and payroll to promote their success
- Stay updated with all changes and new functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to effectively advise clients
Description

This role requires a combination of in-depth technical support, financial understanding, and strategic customer service skills. Our team thrives on the principles of Advocacy, Ownership, and Expertise, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and problem-solving. We offer a competitive compensation package, performance-based rewards, and a range of benefits, with a base pay range of $23.00 - $29.50 in California, along with cash bonuses and equity rewards.
