Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, ideally including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven track record in customer support, preferably in a technology or SaaS setting.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Flexible with shifting priorities and adept at handling ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of making technical information accessible.
- Collaborative team player focused on shared objectives.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- Minimum requirement of two days in the office, four hours per day.

- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share customer feedback and enhance product and service quality.
- Curate outstanding customer interactions that inspire confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market sector to develop a unique service model.
- Assist clients in navigating the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and payroll management.
- Remain informed about updates and new features of QuickBooks Online to maintain expertise and support clients effectively.
