Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is an alternative qualification
- Proven track record in a customer support capacity, ideally within a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to employment
- Solid grasp of bookkeeping concepts and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex problems, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with at least 2 days in the office for 4 hours each
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues over phone and chat professionally and calmly
- Implement our prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Represent the Mid-Market customer’s voice, showing commitment to their success
- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and improve product and customer experience
- Develop high-quality customer interactions that build trust
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market sector to innovate service models and leverage industry expertise
- Assist clients in navigating advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online enhancements and new functionalities to serve as a reliable advisor
