Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years experience using QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, OR a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support position, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and communicate practical solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in office for 4 hours each day; dedicated high-speed internet connection required for remote work

- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Act as an advocate for the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Develop high-caliber customer interactions that instill trust and confidence
- Identify trends and potential within the Mid-Market segment to innovate a unique service model
- Guide clients in navigating advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities such as invoicing and payroll, helping them thrive through effective platform use
- Remain updated on QuickBooks Online developments to serve as a reliable advisor and demonstrate continuous dedication to expertise
