Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, ideally with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven track record in a customer support position, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory prior to start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, determine root causes, and articulate effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in-office, 4 hours each day; dedicated high-speed internet connection required for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative assistance to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat in a professional and supportive manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer interactions
- Act as the representative voice for the Mid-Market customer, advocating for their success
- Collaborate with teams including Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance products and customer experience
- Foster high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence
- Identify trends and potential within the Mid-Market segment to develop an innovative service model
- Guide customers through advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll, to promote their success
- Stay updated on all improvements and new features of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a knowledgeable advisor
