Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 3 years of experience in software development, particularly with React, Node.js, or similar technologies
- Proficient in cloud service platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong grasp of RESTful API development and database design, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Experience in creating user-friendly interfaces focused on accessibility and responsiveness
- Capacity to thrive in a collaborative, agile work environment while managing multiple projects
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security; background in healthcare technology is preferred
- Experience with budgeting and billing tools is advantageous
- Knowledge of Home and Community-Based Services or workflows in the human services sector is a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain secure and scalable features for our cloud-based software platform
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to collect and implement requirements from human service organizations
- Assist in the testing and management of the billing and budgeting system
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain secure data architecture
- Support mobile and desktop optimization for users operating in diverse environments
- Diagnose and resolve bugs and other issues, providing timely fixes and ongoing updates
- Document technical architecture, coding standards, and implementation strategies
- Work cross-functionally alongside UX designers, QA testers, and operations teams
