Requirements

Must:
- High School diploma or GED - One year of experience in customer care (preferred) - Excellent phone presence with an engaging tone - Proficient technical knowledge and expertise - Background in technical troubleshooting - Experience with iOS, Smartphones, Tablets, and PC/Mac products - Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or similar technology (preferred) - Confidence to navigate through various systems and tools for real-time problem-solving - Strong professionalism, especially under pressure - Analytical capabilities for making informed decisions and resolving complex technical issues - Performance-oriented mindset with a focus on results and self-growth - Genuine curiosity about technology and a passion for ongoing learning - Ability to work independently and manage oneself effectively - Capacity to perform repetitive tasks while eagerly seeking additional responsibilities - Self-awareness to navigate challenges that arise in the role - Willingness to receive feedback, apply coaching, and demonstrate improvement
