Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 24 months in customer service, ideally at a higher level (e.g., Team Leader)
- Experience supporting clients in hospitality or technology sectors (preferred)
- Proven skills in managing complex, high-stakes casework
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Dependable with consistent punctuality for work schedules
Responsibilities
- Exercise discretion in delivering case outcomes, including financial decisions when necessary
- Clearly articulate policies and processes in user-friendly terms
- Provide constructive feedback and insights on tools, processes, and policies
- Manage complex, high-value, and urgent escalations from guests and hosts
- Act as the primary contact for designated cases
- Support hosts and guests involved in various pilots to enhance customer experience
- Ensure accuracy and security of customer information
