Wi-Fi Developer

- Over 10 years of programming experience in both user and kernel space using C / C++ - A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Wi-Fi wireless networking (including AP, Hotspot, Single SSID, Band / Channel) - At least 8 years of experience in Linux kernel development - Strong understanding and practical experience with networking protocols such as Multicast, DHCP, MAP-T, IPv4, and IPv6 - Proactive mindset towards enhancing solutions, systems, and overall processes - Familiarity with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments - Experience in developing features for OpenWRT/PRPL - Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization - Experience in creating software packages, preferably with Opkg or RPM - Proficient in setting up cross-compilers and build environments for development needs - Strong scripting abilities, especially in Python, Groovy, busyBox (ash and tools), etc. - Ability to identify performance metrics and implement actions to enhance system effectiveness - Competence in navigating ambiguity and uncertainty while making informed recommendations - Effective collaboration skills, able to work within a team and manage personal tasks - Creative and abstract thinking capability to innovate and address business challenges - Proven track record of independent work in designing, developing, and deploying solutions, delivering projects on schedule with minimal guidance - Skilled in listening to diverse opinions and fostering a culture of excellence
