Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience with Manhattan WMI / Manhattan WMS
- Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging abilities
- Proficient in analyzing base code and system logs to solve problems
- Experience with SQL and crafting database queries
- Understanding of WMS integrations and system interfaces
- Preferred experience in supporting warehouse automation or conveyor systems
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary on-site technical resource for warehouse operations
- Serve as the first point of contact for addressing WMS-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
- Support system integrations with other platforms
- Assist in creating and maintaining warehouse documentation such as labels and packing lists
